Terms of Service

01Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DSGHT.ai (the "Service"), operated by DSGHT.ai ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@dsght.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or proprietary methodology beyond ordinary product use.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains personal data of third parties without lawful basis, or is otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of the Service, including by introducing malware or running automated load beyond reasonable use.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute outputs without our prior written consent.

04Workspaces and content

You retain ownership of the documents and inputs you upload to your workspace ("Workspace Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and analyse Workspace Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your invited members.

Outputs generated by the Service (scenarios, briefings, dashboards) are provided to you for use within your organisation. You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of those outputs.

05Service availability

The Service is currently in early access. We provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers (when paid tiers exist).

06Disclaimers

Foresight scenarios are probabilistic analyses, not predictions. Outputs are generated by language-model agents calibrated against country-twin data; they may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for material business, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always validate against your own expertise and independent advisors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100). We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

08Termination

You may close your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users, our infrastructure, or our ability to provide the Service. On termination, we will delete your workspace data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

09Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Prague, Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email and surfaced in the application before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
